In Season three of Grey's Anatomy Erica Hahn was contacted for a consult on Harold O'Malley's valve replacement after George lost confidence in Burke's condition. And with Burke now out of the picture, she's back as head of heart surgery, and she's got a few admirers viying for her attention.

One of her admirers is Yang, who wants to find in Dr Hahn a replacement for Burke to continue her training in cardiotheracic surgery. However this may be a little tricky for the ambitious resident as Dr Hahn is a long-time rival of Dr Preston Burke, dating back to their days at Medical School together where she graduated second in her class, behind Burke. Cristina has a real challenge on her hands, she is the ex-fiance of Hahn's biggest rival, so partnering up beside her may be a little tougher than first anticipated.

Apart from the attention of ambitious suitors, Dr Hahn is also attracting the attention of a romantic suitor. Who will it be? The bad-boy McSteamy perhaps, or Meredith's McDreamy?

McDreamy is looking for someone with a bit more heart to give him the long-term dream he is craving? Will Hahn draw McDreamy's attention away from his 'girl from the bar' and put an end to his tortored heart once and for all?

Or will McSteamy be the one to be stopped in his tracks by the new doc in town?  He has a thing for her it seems, but she's not too phased by his drop-dead good looks and charming ways, yet! Maybe she's the "ONE" who will change this bad boy's ways.
