Will Derek be able to walk away from his relationship with Meredith just like Burke walked away from Christina when he realised he was getting less than he deserved?

It's hometruth time as Mamma Burke turns up in Seattle Grace. She's looking for Cristina but while she waits Derek stumbles upon her and some good old-fashioned advice. Is Derek an honourable man like Preston? Does he have the strength to walk away from a relationship in which he is getting less than he deserves or will walking away prove too much for Derek to bare?
