How to play
Challenger and Gladiator will square off inside a 20-foot circle for 30 seconds, with one hand each strapped to an end of a ‘dog bone'. Challenger and Gladiator will attempt to push and pull each other outside the circle. However, if any part of the Gladiator's body touches outside the circle or their foot touches the red circle, the Challenger wins.
