Charlotte's day in court arrives, as her civil suit for defamation is heard in front of a magistrate. Her plan rests squarely on the unvarnished strength of her reputation. Her years as a doctor will speak volumes for her character, and Frank comes along to provide a character assessment to this purpose.
But once Charlotte is on the stand she soon finds that while her reputation as a doctor is impeccable, the same can't be said for the rest of her life. Will Charlotte's grand plan to address the accusations made against her by Rhiannon backfire? Or will Rhiannon finally gather the courage to tell the truth?
Hayden, a painter, has fallen from a cherry picker while working on a house, and suffered severe injuries. His workmate, Justin, is also injured. But when Hayden's girlfriend arrives in the Department, we learn that this triangle is more complicated than first realised.
Bart, meanwhile, is dealing with the less injured of the two men, and also juggling Erica's desire to involve him in decisions relating to her wedding.
When Justin has an adverse drug reaction, truths come to the surface that no one is prepared for.
And Bart might just have to rethink his friendship with Erica and Dan as a consequence.

excellent result! I am so glad Rhiannon came clean..
I'm glad that Charlotte won in the end, when they said that her day in court would yield an 'unexpected result' i became a little uncertain as to whether she would win or not.
