I think that a good storyline would be a patient coming into the hospital with Munchausen's or Munchausen's by proxy.

I really think that deep down Zoe what's to be the head of ED but for some reason something is stopping her also I think that the whole ED would be a lot happeir place if Steve was not working in the ED he thinks that he is so right all the time and it's putting a strain on everyone else.

The represations of cases is very realistic , but what is missing is represation of staff , if u go into any emergency department in country its full of ethinic doctors and nurses. There should be more ethinic characters.

What about a story on Friedreich's Ataxia. What happens when a teenager with slurred speech and unsteady balance presents with chest pains? do they know it is a rare 1:30000 genetic condition? or do they treat the teen as a substance abuse? 1 in 90 carry the gene, yet many medical people know little about the condition... come on lets help raise awareness!
