Typical case of how people in administration have no idea of what is going on in the wards. They don't like anyone making them look bad, even though what the one in charge in the wards is right. So they think that by putting in charge someone else, a puppet, everything will be solve. Frank is doing a good job and his people understand him because he shows signs of being a human not a robot.

If Frank leaves, I'm not sure I would want to keep watching. He makes the show and is the vital thread running behind all the other stories of the other characters. Zoe would be no loss.

I was glued to the Set to see what happened to Frank. I would love to see Frank back and the other "BOSS" OUT. This series will not be worth watching without Frank.

As Frank is always picked on I would like to see the E.D. staff do a backlash against Oliver ??? (The guy who wants Frank set up) and Zoe can take up Oliver's position and leave Frank to do his job. I think he's a great character and always adds a spark to whatever is happening. The show would be only half what it is without him.
I would occasionally like to hear some reference made to his daughter as even though she is o'seas she must still feature in his life somewhat.
