


Channel Seven and Swisse Vitamins “Win The 10 Years Younger Experience” Consumer Promotion
By entering the Channel Seven and Swisse Vitamins “Win The 10 Years Younger Experience” Competition (the “Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd., Priceline Pty Ltd, m.Net Corporation, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 25 May 2009 at 9:00am (AEST) and concludes on Monday 6 July 2009 at 10:00am (AEST) (“the Competition Period”) however, the eligible entry period for each weekly prize will commence and conclude on the following dates and times:

3.2 Entrants must purchase any Swisse Vitamins branded product (excluding Swisse Children’s Ultivite 1 and Swisse Children’s Ultivite 2) (“Eligible Product”) during the Competition Period.
3.3 Entrants must provide the Promoter with proof of purchase for valid entry into the Competition and therefore must retain their original purchase receipts and product packaging for the “Eligible Product”. Failure to produce the product packaging, purchase receipt, or proof of identity upon request may cause the entry to be invalid and therefore ineligible to win a prize. Entrants under the age of 18 must receive permission from a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
3.4 Purchase receipts must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Competition Period.
3.5 To be eligible to enter customers must do one of the following:
a) send a text message/SMS to 19 77 4 777 and register their full name, state and postcode;
or
b) Telephone 1902 55 77 02 and register their name, address (including postcode) and contact daytime telephone number (including STD area code)
or
c) visit the website www.yahoo7.com.au/swisse and register their full name, email address, street address (including postcode) and daytime telephone number (including STD area code), the transaction number on the receipt and date of purchase, both located on their Priceline receipt. The transaction number is the only number on the receipt with a # as prefix;
or
d) fill out the entry coupon available in a Priceline store and then include the date and transaction number...... of the eligible purchase which was purchased, their full name, email address, street address (including postcode) and daytime telephone number (including STD area code). 3.7 For SMS and IVR entrants, each entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet, computer generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.
3.8 SMS and IVR entries for the major prize must be received by m.Net Corporation by Monday 6 July 2009 at 10:00am (AEST). The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS or IVR message is received by the m.Net Corporation database.
3.9 SMS and IVR entries for the weekly prizes must be received as per the start and close dates in Clause 3.1. The time of entry will in each case be the time the 1902 telephone call/SMS is received by the m.Net Corporation Ltd database.
3.10 SMS entrants will receive a reply to their message.
3.11 Each SMS entry will be charged at premium rate, namely $0.55 (including GST), which covers the entry and the reply message. The maximum 1902 call cost is $0.55 (including GST). 1902 call costs will be higher from mobile phones.
3.12 Only one entry per person per day will be accepted from entrants on-line. No scripting is allowed for online entries (which will be deemed invalid).
3.13 1902 and SMS entrants may enter the Competition as many times as they like with one entry per transaction.
3.14 For valid entry into the weekly draws (See Clause 5.1 for weekly draw dates and times) entries made using coupons from selected Priceline stores nationally must be received by the Promoter by close of business on the Wednesday preceding each weekly draw date as follows; Wednesday 27 May 2009, Wednesday 3 June 2009, Wednesday 10 June 2009, Wednesday 17 June 2009, Wednesday 24 June 2009 and Wednesday 1 July 2009.
3.15 For valid entry into the major prize draw (See Clause 5.1 for weekly draw dates and times) entries made using coupons from selected Priceline stores nationally must be received by the Promoter by close of business on Thursday 2nd July 2009.
3.16 For valid entry into the weekly draws (See Clause 5.1 for weekly draw dates and times) entries made via the internet must be received by the Promoter as per the start and close dates in Clause 3.1.. The time of entry will in each case be the time the website entry is logged on the database.
3.17 For valid entry into the major prize draw (See Clause 5.1 for weekly draw dates and times) entries made via the internet must be received by the Promoter as per the start and close dates in Clause 3.1.
3.18 The time of entry will be the time at which the completed online entry form is received by the Competition’s online database. Online entrants will be presented with a confirmation page once the completed email entry is submitted by the entrant.
3.19 For entries via the internet, there is no additional cost to the entrants to register their entries other than the costs paid by the entrants to access the promotional website via their internet service provider. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
3.20 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
3.21 All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
3.22 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Each winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be six (6) weekly prize winners (one winner drawn each week for six weeks) and one (1) major prize winner drawn from the national pool to become winners as outlined below:

Total prize value for the Promotion is to a maximum of $46,700inc. GST AUD. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the date of printing and the ultimate travel date. The value of the weekly and major prize is subject to change, but is correct as at 15 April 2009. Prize value will vary based on point of departure and dates of travel and is based on peak season prices.
4.2 If the winner of the Major Prize is from New South Wales they will not win any flight component of the prize element. Instead, the New South Wales winner will receive return transfers from their home to the hotel (within a 60 km radius). Any associated travel costs will be the responsibility of the winner and is not included in the prize.
4.3 The Major Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations or redeemed for cash.
4.4 Prizes are not valid during peak periods such as Christmas school holidays and other peak periods. Each traveller must confirm travel dates at least 60 days prior to departure and all bookings are subject to availability.
4.5 Travel suppliers/airlines to be chosen at 33 Degrees Worldwide Pty Limited’s discretion.
4.6 All passengers must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same properties in each destination.
4.7 Once bookings are confirmed, changes will incur a fee of $150 per person, plus GST, plus supplier charges. These charges will be at the expense of the winner.
4.8 Major Prize winner will be required to sign a liability waiver form to accept the Major Prize
4.9 All other expenses such as spending money, additional meals, taxes, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges not stipulated will be the responsibility of all prize winners.
4.10 The promoter and sponsors make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
4.11 All accommodation and land components of the weekly and major prizes are subject to Seven Network (Operations) Limited and all other suppliers booking conditions and availability. All prizes are valid for two adults travelling together. The major and minor prizes must be taken as offered and travel completed within twelve months of final draw date. The Major Prize winner must provide Seven Network (Operations) Limited with a minimum of 21 days advance notice of intention to travel.
4.12 Airline tickets for the weekly and major prize winners are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline on the travel prize and the winners and their travelling companions cannot upgrade any travel prize using Frequent Flyer points.
4.13 The major travel prize is not transferable and both major and minor prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.14 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed for broadcast, and photographed. The winners (and their companion) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners (and their companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.15 If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
4.16 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) major prize winner drawn from the national pool of entrants at m.Net Corporation, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000 on Tuesday 7 July 2009 @ 1030 (AEST) and six (6) weekly prize winners drawn from the national pool of entrants at m.Net Corporation, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000 on the following weekly draw dates; Tuesday 2 June 2009, Tuesday 9 June 2009, Tuesday 16 June 2009, Tuesday 23 June 2009, Tuesday 30 June 2009 and Tuesday 7 July 2009 @ 1045 (AEST).
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the duration of the “Competition Period” (with consideration of the weekly draw opening and closing dates in Clause 3.1) via the entry coupon in Priceline stores, the web address in (Clause 3.5 (c) ), using a mobile phone with a reply path and whose SMS message has passed through the Telco carriers network to m.Net Corporation’s database, or by telephoning the 1902 number and registering all details required as stated in Clause 3.5.and can provide proof of purchase of eligible products from the Swisse Vitamin product range will be entered into the draw/s (See Clause 5.1 for weekly and major prize draw dates).
5.3 Winners will be notified by a telephone call, and a letter advising the winners of their prize will also be express posted. Winners of the weekly draws on Tuesday 2 June 2009, Tuesday 9 June 2009, 16 June 2009 and 23 June 2009 will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 29 June 2009 and winners of the weekly prize draws on Tuesday 30 June 2009 and Tuesday 7 July 2009 and major prize winner drawn on Tuesday 7 July 2009 will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 13 July 2009.
5.4 Winners of the weekly prizes will be required to provide their proof of purchase (original receipt/packaging of “Eligible Product”) by mail to Seven Network at no cost to the winner within three (3) working days of their notification by mail. The major prize winner will be required to provide their proof of purchase (original receipt/packaging of “Eligible Product”) by mailing to the Seven Network at no cost to the winner by Monday 20 July 2009 in order to receive their prize.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the weekly winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.8 Subject to State government legislation an unclaimed prize draw will take place at m.Net Corporation, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000 on Monday 12 October 2009 at 1000 (AEDT) and winners be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 19 October 2009. Any weekly winner in an unclaimed prize draw will receive all elements and will have to take the prize within twelve months (subject to availability).
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, m.Net Corporation, Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd., Priceline Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, m.Net Corporation, Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd., Priceline Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the judging;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.
f) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
h) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available subject to State Regulation.
6.5 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to State Regulation.

7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. m.Net Corporation, on behalf of Seven Network Limited (ABN 65 052 816 789) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners) and the entrant’s personal information may be disclosed to m.Net Corporation Ltd for this purpose. In addition, if you consent, your personal information will be used for the purpose of Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd sending you information regarding Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd and Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd products, and your information will be disclosed to Swisse Vitamins Pty. Ltd for this purpose.
